Ah, the incredible soybean - here is a drink loaded with calcium, and protein and it has less than half the calories of a regular smoothie.

1 (12.3 g) package silken tofu
1 cup blackberries, raspberries, strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp vanilla
0.33 cup Steviva Blend (or a dash of SteviaSweet!)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
